Coaching Band Fee: $2.00 For the 2009-2010 Season there will be this small fee for coaches at ALL OAC Seed Tournaments. This is put in place to keep the mat side clear of ALL non essential personnel. Mat-side crowd control has been an increasing problem that slows down the efficiency of the tournaments. Coaching Chairs will be utilized and all coaches must be seated in the chairs and not standing or sitting on the wrestling mat during their wrestlers match. This will also make it much easier for the wrestler to focus on his/her coach instructions. The fee for the coaching band will be used to enforce the rule and to offset the rising cost of the outstanding awards for the Seeding Tournaments.
